Invest in a solar house

Beginning from 2021, all newly erected buildings will have to conform with the requirements of a regulation concerning (above all) the reduction of energy demand. This solution will surely improve the living quality, contributing to reduction of toxic substance emissions by households.  In the final analysis, ecological solutions will also allow you to save money. One option is to use natural solar energy, i.e. to build a solar house.

How does the structure look like and operate

A solar house gives you a wider margin of creativity than a passive house. The latter aims at minimizing the energy demand to the greatest extent possible, whereas a solar house is oriented to self-sufficiency in this regard. A solar structure consists of collectors, a heat storage tank and a buffer tank. The installation starts working when the collector heats so much that its temperature is higher than of the water accumulated in the storage tank or the buffer tank. The energy passes from the collector, heating up the water in the buffer tank, which serves the inhabitants as heating or as hot water. The excess of the water heated in the buffer tank is directed to the storage tank. The energy obtained in such a way has to cover more than 50% of the annual demand.

Natural energy

A solar house requires accurate design and performance, as well as a sizeable area for construction of the water system. If you are concerned with the costs of performance of such a design, we assure you that you will see the money returning in the form of lower electricity bills. Such a building will also provide full comfort to its inhabitants, both in summer and in winter. Another great advantage is the use of natural, environmentally-friendly energy, but it seems we do not have to repeat this fact again.
